共融發展慈善基金（HDCF）致力推動及建構可持續發展的「多元共融及和諧城市」之慈善機構。我們的使命是促進不同背景、能力和需求的個體之間的相互尊重、理解和合作，透過平等機會，建立共融與多元化的社區，實現全面的社會共融。
本基金通過舉辦及提供各類別創新的「數碼、藝術、科技」三大領域機會及計劃，讓人們都能夠在尊重和公平的環境中實現自己的潛能，打破身心障礙者、弱勢社群和主流社會之間的隔閡，讓不同背景的人們共同參與，互相學習和理解，以達致「傷健共融、跨代共融、家職共融、種族共融」四大共融領域。
目標：
· 提高意識和理解：促進對不同文化、價值觀和能力的尊重，以及減少對差異的偏見和歧視，提高社會對多元文化和身心障礙人士的意識和理解。
· 創建包容性環境：創造一個無障礙的物理環境，並確保人們在各種場所和機會中都能平等參與和受益。
· 促進平等機會：透過提供平等的教育機會、支持身心障礙人士的就業和創業，以及建立無障礙的社區環境來實現。
· 強化共融能力：提供創新的「數碼、藝術、科技」領域培訓和教育，以增加人們對共融原則和實踐的理解，並建立具有共融價值觀的領導和管理能力。
· 促進跨文化交流和合作：透過舉辦多元文化、交流活動、社區實踐及「官、商、校、人」四方合作項目來實現，以促進相互理解、尊重和友好關係的建立。
